Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Refunds: We will refund the cost of the returned items once received and processed. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.
  • Condition of Returns: Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Faulty or damaged goods

If your goods bought are received as faulty or damaged, please contact us at help@byterry.com.

Please include a picture of the faulty item and an explanation of the fault. Our Customer Service team will assess the product and be in touch to arrange either a replacement or a refund if applicable.
